Gym outfit
I love my new Adidas capri gym pants! The stripes on the side are simply amazing, they are actually able to slim down the fatty thighs. Doing the stretch after the hard workout in front of the mirror is not a pain anymore ;)
My outfit is normally all black with pink trainers and pink bag. I always bring with me my tablet with the music and the illustrated workout, and my time-stop watch. I also never forget the bottle of water.
Adoro i miei nuovi leggings Adidas! Le righe verticali sul lato aiutano davvero a minimizzare le coscione e fare lo stretching davanti allo specchio non e' piu' una tortura ;)
Il mio completo ginnico e' solitamente un all-black con le scarpe rosa e la borsa in tinta. Mi porto sempre dietro il mio fedele tablet con la musica e gli esercizi da seguire e il cronometro. Ovviamente anche la bottiglietta d'acqua non puo' mancare.
